  • Taxi and staying at motel: You will need to book a taxi in advanced,think about what taxi firm as been used in the past and what taxi firms are better and also book a motel in adanced.

  • Ferry and Holiday apartment:You will need to book the ferry in advanced and book a place at the holiday apartment.

The purpose of keeping records also keeps a log of any discounts or refunds that has been recieved as well fiancial records and allows the organization to keep check on the spending of the individual and also departments to be monitored.
