1.1 Describe different ways or organizing data that has been researched

 

You can organise and report data that has been researched by saving it electronically on the desktop using appropiat folders and files names,files names are very useful to organise data as it makes it easier to identify and classify a file without having to go thorough all of them

1.2 Describe different ways of reporting data

You can report data in many different ways depending on the document to make it easier for everybody to understand, the popular software that is used to report data are:

  • Tables

  • Charts

  • Graphs

  • Spreadsheets

  • Slides and

  • Emails 

1.3 Describe the purpose of presenting data to the agreed format and within the agreed timescale

​

The purpose of presenting data to the agreed format and within the agreed timescale is because if you use any format,others may not be able to open the document or read it, and formatting could be lost, therefore others would have to waste time reformatting the document,the purpose of presenting data within the agreed timescale is because if you don't present your work within the agreed timescale the document may not be any use but also it would be a waste of time and money, if the document us urgent and isn't presented then the company would be held back which could lose profit and customers
